Imagi-Movies on @TCM for October, 2016

Imagi-Oct-16

Greetings, Friends and Fiends!

Ye Olde Dragon here, bringing you the latest offerings from the good folks at Turner Classic Movies!
After the drought of summer, get ready for the mother load of Imagi-Movies, as TCM once again celebrates Halloween during the entire month of October (though the first week is kind of light).

No real highlights this month as the entire month is a highlight of Imagi-Movies! Although, I will make note for you that on Sundays this month, TCM will be showing a few Frankenstein movies, in order, and Terror Classic Movies each Friday. To top off the month, TCM‘s Star of the Month is none other than the late, great Sir Christopher Lee!

There is a lot of ground to cover Guys and Ghouls, so let’s get right to it!

Keep in mind that all times listed are Eastern Daylight Time, and that the schedule is subject to change at TCM‘s discretion.

Also make sure to keep updated on the schedules for #TCMParty and the #DriveInMob, as you never know what (or WHO) might pop up.

TOTAL = 135 different films* shown on 21 dates

* – not counting second airings of YOUNG FRANKENSTEIN and CURSE OF FRANKENSTEIN

WHEW! Is that a tonnage or what! More of a skew towards horror, but I suppose that’s to be expected. I would’ve liked to have seen some more Science-Fiction entries. The only real problem I have is that there are practically NO Giant Monster Movies, except for BLOB, BLACK SCORPION and X FROM OUTER SPACE.

I just hope that with so many Imagi-Movies being shown THIS month, that we’re gonna have another months-long drought.

See you in November, Guys and Ghouls!

..End of Line…
