Imagi-Movies on @TCM for October, 2015

imagi-movies-OCTGreetings, Friends and Fiends!

Ye Olde Dragon here, noting that it’s that time again (So tempted to go into an Animaniacs routine)!

It’s October, and that usually means an over-sized helping of Imagi-Movies from the good folks at TCM celebrates Halloween all month! Hopefully we will get more treats than tricks this year, so let’s dive right in to this years Goody bag!

Hallo-weenie Highlights:

We have Spotlights on Friday Nights this month! We start with a night of HAUNTED HOUSES on Friday, October 2!
Next, on October 9, we get ROGUE BODY PARTS! On October 16, we have some SCARY KIDS that should make parents think twice about how ‘bad’ their kids are! On October 23, we get treated to LITERARY HORROR.

Next up, I’m not sure how much a Highlight this will be, considering the LAST time TCM had a night of TREASURE FROM THE DISNEY VAULT (the Darby O’Gill debacle), but they’re serving up some spooky fare, including the first two WITCH MOUNTAIN movies on the evening of Wednesday, October 28.

We’ll wrap up the festivities with HALLOWEEN WEEKEND, beginning on Thursday, October 29 with a daytime helping of entries from Mssrs. Browning, Castle & Corman. Friday, October 30 sees a day filled with Hammer Horror and a night with VAL LEWTON! On HALLOWEEN itself, we get treats from the 1930s, 40s, 50s and 60s!

Please keep in mind that all scheduled times are EDT, and are subject to possible changes at any time by TCM.

Also, make sure to keep an eye out for get-togethers those groovy ghouls from #TCMParty and #DriveInMob.
