Imagi-Movies on TCM in September, 2015

imagi-movies-SEPGreetings, Friends and Fiends!

Ye Olde Dragon here, bringing you the latest offerings from the good people at Turner Classic Movies in regards to our beloved Imagi-Movies.

I hope everybody enjoyed their summer, even if there was a bit of a “drought” in the Imagi-Movies department in August due to TCM‘s annual Summer Under the Stars Festival. September, as I predicted in a tweet a few weeks ago, is going to show some improvement in that area, to be followed up by the expected heavily loaded schedule for October. Within the next few days, I’ll post the October schedule as well.

Believe it or not, we actually have some highlights!

On Tuesday, September 22 we have a day filled with robots and A.I.’s gone wrong.

Then on Wednesday, September 23, TCM spotlights the films of Kerwin Matthews. The first three films that night are his two Harryhausen films – 7th VOYAGE OF SINBAD (1958) and 3 WORLDS OF GULLIVER (1960) & the ‘evil twin‘ of 7th VoyageNathan Juran‘s JACK THE GIANT KILLER (1962).
