Imagi-Movies on @TCM in July, 2015

imagi-movies-JULYGreetings, Friends and Fiends!

Ye Olde Dragon here, bringing new some summertime grilled goodies airing on TCM in the month of July.
Remember, next month – August – is TCM‘s annual Summer under the Stars Festival, so the offerings will probably be very light, if any. As it was in June, there are a limited number of dates with Imagi-Movies airing, but there are numerous days with multiple offerings.

Here are July’s highlights:

On Thursday, July 9, be sure to tune in at 8:00 PM EDT for a night of Alien Invasion movies!

On Tuesday, July 14, there seems to be a theme though I can’t find any official “title” for it. Check it out for yourself and you’ll see why I call it, “TCM GOES APE!”

Finally, on Monday, July 27, once more there seems to be a definite theme, but no official name. It’s a day of magicians and hypnotists (on both sides of the law) starting at 6:00 AM EDT with THE PHANTOM OF PARIS (1931) and ends at 6:30 PM EDT with THE SORCERERS (1967). Please be aware, that most of the titles included on this day’s lineup DON’T usually qualify as Imagi-Movies, which is why they aren’t listed on my schedule. Please consult TCM’s schedule on their website, should you desire further information.

As always, make sure to keep an eye out for any Tweet-a-longs with the #TCMParty and the #DriveInMob gangs.

Well, let’s make like a bottle rocket and blast right into it. Keep in mind that all times listed are Eastern Daylight Time and that TCM reserves the right to change the schedule at any time.
