Imagi-Movies on TCM for May, 2015

imagi-movies-MAYGreetings, Friends and Fiends!

Ye Olde Dragon here, welcoming you to the “Lusty Month of May” as it was dubbed in Lerner and Lowe’s CAMELOT.
As we finally (I hope) cast a backward glance at winter and its leftovers and heading into warmer days, it’s time to view what Imagi-Movies will be airing on TCM this month. Believe it or not, we’re just over the 40 count this month!

I do apologize for missing April’s schedule, but unfortunately real life overrules “reel” life. That being said, let’s get at it!
As always, all times listed are EDT and are of course subject to change by TCM.

Here are this month’s highlights:
TCM continues airing the original Batman Serial from 1943, on Saturday mornings at 10 AM, followed at 10:30 AM by entries in the Bomba The Jungle Boy movie series (with the exception of Memorial Day weekend).

On Thursday, May 14, you can see no less than NINE British Science-Fiction films ranging from the 1930s to the 1960s!

On Thursday, May 21, as part of their month-long disaster movie theme, don’t miss Irwin Allen’s THE POSEIDON ADVENTURE (1972) followed immediately by his follow-up, BEYOND THE POSEIDON ADVENTURE (1979) in a rare double feature!

Don’t forget to keep an eye out for #TCMParty and #DriveInMob gatherings!
